4. Highway safety,the proposed development would be likely to lead to increased use of the existing substandard junction on to the classified road A3020 (School Road) and would add unduly to the hazards of highway users. This danger would be greatly exacerbated at the commencement and end of the school day when parking adjacent to the junction is already a recognised hazard. There would also be highway safety issues at the junction of the access with Church Hill.
5.Effect on local wildlife, and the impact on species such as badger and dormouse need to be addressed.
